Good position for a laptop? / myLot

many of my friends who was on leave open the laptop and hold for reasons which do not carry around, and cover with plastic on the keyboard, is it not dangerous?? because of the keyboard there is the air gap.

i neevr considered from this point of view i think it can't be dangerous as well..but i just suppose it not really sure....

well, I understand why people do that, maybe they were afraid of dust into the keyboard. But I do not know, maybe every person has their own way to treat a laptop.

If after use, leave it open first, because it is still hot. This heat can damage the lcd when directly closed. Wait 10 or 5 minutes, and then closed. to the problem of plastic keyboard cover, once used directly open it. to assist cooling. But it is useful to prevent the keyboard exposed to dust and water. Most only a small effect in laptop temperature, so it is not dangerous.

very dangerous if the laptop is closed using plastic because the laptop is very sensitive to water, with closed using plastic will cause moisture in your friend's laptop machine

for others it is not but for me i prefer not putting plastic on the keyboard. i think it is more safe being like that..
