I got the subtle insinuation here. They said that the lawyers hardly ever have a brain. However this is just a joke and far from real. Lawyers are found to have more memory than people in any other profession. Go to a lawyers cabin and you will find several racks full of huge books ranging from Constitution to Penal Code. A lawyer has to keep most of the information in his memory. Which means lawyers are extremely good in making mnemonic associations. Next comes the logic, which is another field the lawyers excel in. Their arguments will not hold in court of law until they present it in a logical fashion at the same time backing it by sufficient evidence. I would say that a lawyer's brain works in a more systematic and organized manner than the others.

oh my gosh okay but Advokatku I have known some lawyers who
are really brilliant and I would bet their brains are really
huge lol then again I know of one a lady pro bono lawyer who was '
supposed to be helping my son in his case against eviction and
would you not know it the date my son was to go to trial this dopey dame lawyer decided to take off on her vacation leaving my son who had
no experience with law or legal trials to face this all alone
and so of course he lost. I think her brain may be the size of
a pea. lol lol but the joke was funny and on a cold dismal even in once sunny Ca I needed a little humor.thanks for some cheer on a chilly evening in once sunny southern California lol.

i just hope i know what you mean.anyways, A lawyer... knows the law. I know that seems broad but it's the most beneficial thing about them. Not only do they know the law but they know facts and writing styles that can severely help your case. For example, if you need a personal injury lawyer they will have the knowledge of facts than can increase the amount of compensation you receive.

Lawyers today can certainly be costly as they charge per minute even while speaking to you on the telephone. I suppose they rely on the fact that their knowledge is what can see us through court situations. They also have high costs to obtain their profession.
So seeking for cheaper ones sometimes is not worth the savings.
