If you could change one thing in you life what would it be?

I often contemplate this question, and usually the answer that I come up with is to have my bills paid up. After careful consideration, it seems that most other changes would lead me to have a totally different life, and possibly not have some of the things that I value most in my life, like my husband and children.

That would have been my answer last year however, by the grace of God my bills are all paid off and I'm so happy about that. The only other thing I would like to change if possible is that my daughters and my parents lived close by. However, that is never going to happen so I have to deal with it. My daughters live in New Mexico, my parents in Florida and I live in Puerto Rico.

It can be difficult to have family far away, but sometimes they can be too close as well. Hopefully you get to visit often.

Oh yes that is for sure. To many family member around can create havoc in ones life. However, I really do love my daughters but once you become a grandma your grandkids are everything to you.

I will change the time to make it to past. So that once again i can go back to school and enjoy with my frnds. Because I think those were the golden days of my life. And once again I want to spend the time.

I really enjoyed college and the friends that I made there. I can always get a laugh when I think back about my experiences. I think that I will also one day look back at my life now and get some laughs.

To go on to a better full-time job. I do have a very good full-time job, the kind I had specialized for. But, this job requires me to travel very often, withing the country and also overseas. I do enjoy tavelling, but as one gets older , it is a bit hard to travel over long distances often and visiting places with different climatic conditions.

Travel can be difficult for work and usually not much fun. My dad traveled a lot when I was younger and always said all he got to see was the hotel room. I hope that you are able to relax when you are home. Would you be willing to travel less for a job that you had not specialized for?

While that may seem like a great change, think about the experiences that you would have missed that you currently enjoy.
