MYLOT isn't exactly a Social Networking Site.

Mylot is not like Facebook or Orkut. I mean to say though i like Mylot it is not for the purpose of networking or chatting with friends. For me Mylot is a place where we share our knowledge and make fruitful discussion through which we gather knowledge and also money.
Though i would recommend Mylot to anyone but not as a Social Networking Site as promoted by some of the members. But i feel Mylot should imrove it's interface and user-friendliness.What do you feel?
So friends tell me what you think.

I too feels mylot should improve its design a little bit getting bored of seeing the same thing again and again but unlike orkut and fb where we spend many hours post useless thing and getting nothing in return we could post some valuable things here learn a lot and make friends too but not like fb or orkut ones

yes mylot is quite different from social networks so it is like a global forum where people can talk about everything surely the social networks should be a little bit to establish friendly relationships between members here is discussing mainly!!I think as regards design can be a good idea surely it would not be so easy considering that normally a good design can be a bit more heavier and so considering mylot normally is really slow it cna affect the member's activities...

but using the MYLOT MUG Philippines as a photo in you're topic has some what annoyed me.
