There are many digital cameras that are high in quality and high in price and the same vice versa. Is there any digital camera in the world that is very high in quality but lowest in price?

I think that 12mb is good quality digital camera. if you agree with me then really good priced one are found at focalprice.com I love shopping their for my electronic wants, they are so cheap. not a american store but they do ship to America.

I think the trick to getting good quality digital cameras is to buy a good one which is a few years old. Around 6mp is where you should be looking for a general use, high quality camera. Because most people are dumb and only care about megapixels these days, you should be able to pick up a good 6mp camera on ebay for a cheap price. Hope this helps.

Yes, it surely helps my cause. I believe that the picture quality and better life can be achieved through a 6MP camera itself rather than buying a 10MP or 12MP cameras.
