Be willing to seek out, listen to, and take advice

I beleive that if someone has worked hard,achieved some measure of success,and is willing to help, i'd be a fool not to listen! Plus, as you probably already know, almost everyone loves to give advice.

For me, I shall listen to the advises and analyst myself with my own judgement.
Based on their kindness, I appreciate of their advises which can remind me many things for my consideration.
I understand that most of the advise will irritate us because those advises are good but against to our initial idea.
ha! ha! ha!
The advises from other people are very importance for me to correct and improve myself.
