What's the fun being a vegetarian?

What is delicious to be a vegetarian, and what the main function we become vegetarians. Because for me seemed to be a vegetarian is not possible. Have a nice day

Vegetarianism is also a Buddhist religious beliefs according to .... .... people who were believed ..... vegetarian Buddhist religion closer to his god can be said more solemn

I think being vegetarian is better than being non vegetarian because one we eat non veg we will not feel like eating vegetarian foods where as for vegetarians they will like vegetarian food and vegetarian food is also healthy.

I am not a Vegetarian person but yes, I do love to eat vegetables. Eating vegetables, salads and fruits is healthy. I enjoy eating both vegetarian and non vegetarian foods.I have a cousin who hates vegetarian food, he only eats non veg food.

hi, i think the fun for being vegetarian is not expensive to be with, because they will eat vegetable only... human become a vegetarian to avoid some disease created by meats.

Fiber Needs of the average adult 25 gr / day. High fiber source found in bran 42.8 g; lentils 30.5 g; apple 2.7 gr. (Compare this with the meat of animals that contain no fiber at all). Vitamin Vitamins are essential substances necessary to help smooth the nutrients and metabolic processes. Lack of vitamins can result in disruption of health, because it required a certain amount of daily intake that should ideally be obtained from food. Number of adequacy of vitamin per day set as the Recommended Daily Allowance / RDA.

If your not serious of eating vegetables then there is no fun with that. But with those people who are eating vegetable then pretty sure that fun is there. I am not a vegetarian i also eat meat but honestly i preferred to eat veggies because of the many benefits of different veggies. Fun is there is you are happy on what you are eating, anyway stay healthy!

Hi gengeni, Happy new year. If you want you can change its all depends upon you. Vegetables are more good than non veg. It can be easily digested no harm full of fiber and vitamins etc., Doctors also suggesting to have vegetarian food after crossing 30 years to make them fit and beautiful too. It is more or less a balanced diet. Try and see you yourself can experience the good changes. Have a healthy day.
