My cell phone was completely dead yesterday, the reason might be related to the battery. Maybe the battery was consumed too fast, I have this tendency to charge it every night before I go to bed. Until yesterday afternoon, my cell phone getting dim while I press the button to completely black out. I turn off and turn on again, it has the same problem. Well, maybe it is time to get a new one for myself then. I had to spend $200 at T- Mobile store to get an unlocked LG. Even though it is a decent one, better than the one just dead. I just hate to spend that much money already.

If the problem is just the battery why can't you just replace it instead of buying new cell phone. Or it can't be replace or repaired at all? If that's the case you really need to have a new one as these days cellphones are very important.

Hello, Kingparker. I am also planning to buy a new cell phone but I guess the new ones are quite expensive. I'm contemplating of buying a refurbished ones but I'm not sure of its durability anymore. It might be a waste of money. I search the net and look for verison phones. there are quite good looking ones but the cheap ones are rated fair in condition so I'm having second thoughts if I'm going to buy it or not. I guess, in order to have a good one, we must prioritize what we need because the more features the phone offers the more costly it gets.Buy the one that serves your primary purpose.

It is possible, you just need a new battery. when I boufht my phone, I purchased an extra battery for it, so if anything goes wrong with the battery in my phone, then I am not out a phone, as it is the only phone I have, so it is very important I have one. I don't know if your battery is just not keeping its charge or what, but you should never charge up the battery unless you the low battery warning. the reason for this, is, it prolongs the life of the battery, and it will last longer. I never charge mine up unless I get the low battery warning. My battery will last about 3 days or so on one charge, which to me is good. I do shut it off at night though, so that probably helps too, as I just don't want to be awakened from a sleep. I should leave it on, but I don't, as so far, I haven't had to. Anyway, that is my suggestion about charging the battery. Take care, and have a very good day.
