Ariel has been sued five years in prison, how the verdict?

Ariel has been prosecuted. "The defendant demanded sentences of five years in prison and a fine of Rp 250,000,000 with subsidiary imprisonment of three months," said Chief Prosecutor Tim Rusmato.
If the demand is so, how about a verdict?
