My Staff Fled Away... :-0

One of my staff, quite younger in age, very sincere, obedient and more talkative, fled away on last X-Mass day at about 4-30pm. We all were outside at that time. Luckily he had not taken away any of our items. Only he has taken his own dresses. Lately his father confirmed me of his arriving at his home. I have to find a new staff in his place. I think this may be for his irresponsibility. Can I accept him in work if he comes back and apologize for his mistakes? Are you facing similar problems at times? Please speak here in a friendly manner and any solution to it.

Perhaps working with you might have made a discovery for freedom for that person. Sense of freedom and hope of elevation move the humans even from Prience Siddhartha to Lord Buddha, as the illustrations in history are already there. So let's hope, that person's moveing / fleeing away from you may result with an elevation for him. Thanks and hope that a new working person will assume with you soon!!
