I badly need help. ASAP

Guys, my neobux account was suspended because paypal put a hold on the transaction I made last Dec. 22. They refunded the amount of $5.00 because they said that it was a high risk transaction. Neobux told me to raise a support ticket if it's not my fault. I tried to click on the link for the support ticket but it doesn't load the page. I can't even access the forum. What should I do? I need to reinstate my Neobux account.
