Global Climate weather manipulations

The thought came to mind while playing games that allowed Weather Manipulation such as lightning, tornado, rain, and earth quakes. That made me searched the web about Weather control. Managed to find many uses if such technology exists.

there is alot more if you care to search. but just a couple to get you started. I stumbled on those a few days ago. I did read that they can manipulate and cause earthquakes also but I am still researching that.

hmmm... if witchcraft is true.. maybe weather can be manipulated... but in our country.. our government has a project called the "cloudseeding" which is they plant salt on clouds in order to rain... they do it ever summer... :))
