I cannot access any site that requires shockwave player!

I am visiting more than 10 sites a day. One of those keeps blocking me from entering it. The flash won't load anymore just not like how it was yesterday. Whenever I enter the site, a google ad will always block me and gives me an option to download a flash player. I cannot download one because my Google chrome already has a built in. I just want to get rid of the google advertisement that blocks me. I also tried using advertisement blocker but it didn't work.
