My boss is moody today, hard to predict

So, after my full time job today, I ran straight to my part - time work, which is a restaurant. My boss was at a bad mood from the silence of those kitchen crews, I can tell from the atmosphere too. No one dare to speak a word, or joke about anything. When I get to the cashier register, they warn me careful, not to make a mistake, our boss is at his P.M.S again. Lately, he was moody, probably part of it come from his family. It is understandable, and we just hope that we won't get into any trouble that is all.

hi kingparker I had a boss just like that and she was"bipolar so one day she hated us all and the next day we were the' best library crew she had ever had. she just would not t ake'her medication that would have kept her normal. She finally was fired 'for firing me because I was elderly as I still did my work better'than the youngsters. ageism is no reason to fire a library personnel.

hi, yeah, we can hardly predict the mood of our boss, if he/she is happy, or stress or angry. so its better to keep silent until you feel that your boss is happy.

Does not matter what is the mood of your boss as long as you do your job well. Your boss may have unpredictable mood swings but the outcome of your job may change that.

Moodiness is a sign of some sort of difficulty. When you are happy playing with kids you wouldnt normally get angry. Do some work for him. You should try going to you boss when he is tired and tell him a joke. Do the thing. He might wanna have a laugh after all that done. He ll yell at you, but he is secretly asking you do it bef he asks you.
