Ist payout in donkeymail doesn't credited to my alertpay account.

Hello, I requested a payout last december 14 and it also appears in them that they made a pay cash out last december 21 in alertpay. But when I checkout my alertpay nothing was credited to my account.
They have no forum so I don't know where should I ask or complain for it.
Does anyone has a donkeymail account? What shoud I do?

If the amount has been deducted from your account on Donkeymails then use the 'contact us' link at the bottom of the page on the site and tell them what has happened.
If it is still in your account then you will receive it next time they make payouts.
