High blood pressure

In our society there are may high blood pressure patient. Doctors advice them to avoid anxiety and always stay cool, never angry. But people are worm blood animals how they always stay cool?. High blood pressure patients should have to go to bed early in the night. There are many medicine for high blood pressure patients. High blood pressure patients should avoid flesh, eggs, and other food which can increase the blood pressure. High blood pressure are more bad than that of low blood pressure. Low blood pressure patients can enjoy their normal food. Some time high blood pressure patients died in stroke. Though I am not high blood pressure patient yet I request to all the people check your blood pressure and try keep your blood pressure normal and enjoy the life.

I am a hypertensive person since 2007. Now, I take my daily medications. I am trying to loose weight and avoid to get stress especially now that i am trying to have a baby. I always to maintain my medicine and watch out with my diet.

My mom has high blood pressure for more then 10 years for now. She had few so called hypertensive crisis but thanks god she feels good now. Every month we have to buy lots of different tablets which are quite costly but it doesn't help her to lower blood pressure! It's always high! She just used to live with it. By the way she eats almost everything, except too spice food. I don't know if it's possible at all to rid of this problem but i'm sure tablets must help lower high blood pressure not to keep on the same level all the time

High BP is associated with high cholesterol and fat diet which plaque are formed around the the blood vessels and soon advanced to the narrowing of the artery or vein. Which in turn causes an increase in intra vascular pressure and may soon lead to more serious cases like stroke and heart problems. Better to live healthy and seek medical help when it is too late.

yes- i have to laugh when doctors tell you to avoid stress- stress is a part of every day modern life- so how can you avoid it? stress comes with the activites of daily life. the best thing is to stop worrying about stress- concentrate on eating a healthy diet, plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables, exercise daily and if need be, take blood pressure medication every day.
