Do you run from the fear of getting bored?

I am afraid of getting bored and then what I do is I keep changing places.
I can't stay in a place for much time. I talk to a lot of people but I don't like to stay there for a long time. It is a kind of phobia with me of getting bored so I keep changing the things.
What do you think about such behavior?
Do I need to do something?

I also love to be alone and sit there to think many things. I don't get bored when I am alone, but when I am around some people or an environment then sometimes I have this feelings, otherwise I am a fun loving person and love the company of friends.

That's an unusual approach to boredom. Usually, when I get bored I just find some things to do, like draw or play the guitar.
You shouldn't be afraid of getting bored. Just treat it as another emotion, like happiness or sadness. Or, if ever you get bored, you can always sleep it off.

Hi,
That was a good advise, I also love artists but in office that is not allowed. Sometimes I have to sit idle in office because I finish my work early and timing is longer. I will take your advise on the emotion thing.

maybe you just need to change your outlook about the job or a place where you live. activities that are less attractive could be the trigger boredom. lives you change your perception about things that you will achieve.

Yeah you are right, but that happens sometimes. I think I have to make myself interesting.
