Brush your teeth, brush your teeth, after every meal!!

I used to be that way, but the last few years, I have gotten out of the habit. I just do not feel that comfortable with my new job. The people are always making fun of other people, when they are really the ones who seem a bit strange to me. But, when I managed my own lot, I used to keep not only a toothbrush and toothpaste in my desk drawer, but I also had this little electric flosser that I bought at my dentist' office. That thing was really handy. Although, I couldn't find refills, so I finally tossed it. I am glad to hear that there are still people who have this good habit. Nowadays, they suggest you brush twice a day. When I was a kid growing up, I am sure that it was 3 times a day. I am not quite sure why they changed this. I also find it humorous that they have to tell people how often to change their toothbrushes. Mine usually wear out way before this, because when I brush I brush for a long time and am very thorough. Keep up the brushing, mysticalecstasy!
