Drinking a glass of plain water after you got up from bed.

Somebody is telling me that it is good to drink a glass or two plain water once we woke up in the morning. After that we relax for a few minutes and off we go to the toilet. He said that we will feel fresh and we will have a very good pass motion@nature call. DO you have any opinion on this?

hello,
I usually drink water every morning when I woke up and use to drink more than 8 glasses because it makes my body cleans. Well, actually it is true for me because it make my skin not to dry and look beautiful at the same time. And by waters I can prevent cough I don't know what is the real explanation of that but it is really effective the doctor recommended it to me.

I've also read about this. And seen some fitness expert talk about it on TV. So, when I do remember, I drink that much water after I get out of bed. And it does help you pee in the morning. Although, I've noticed that even without that, I really have to pee in the morning. That is because I drink water before I go to bed at night. I always have vivid (sometimes exhausting) dreams, and I, too, read somewhere that drinking before bedtime makes your dreams less vivid and more relaxed.
