How to Set Up Email using Smart Bro for Outlook Express or MS Outlook 2003?

I have been trying to figure it out but until now, I haven't found the answer yet so I asked here instead. I have found steps on how to configure that email but they are asking for the email address of my ISP. My ISP is Smart Bro. Where should I go or ask about that email address? I prefer online solution rather than asking by phone because I don't have land line. Please help me as I want to use Outlook. Thanks in advance for those who will respond.

In setting up an email address under an email client like Outlook, first, you should already have a valid email address (one you got from an email provider like yahoo or from your company or even from your ISP).
The settings you will need to fill out are Incoming and Outgoing Mail Servers (including port numbers and SSL checking). You will get the settings from your email provider and not from your ISP unless you're trying to setup an email provided by your ISP.

Thanks for responding. I tried setting up yahoo mail but it sends out an error. I don't know where did it go wrong. I just gave up now. Anyway, I'm not really using Outlook. I just want to know how to use it for job application. Thanks again!
