How do you deal with the relationship between you and your manager?

I have transferred to a new departmen. I thought I would like the work in the new department. But in fact I'm wrong. I find it's very important that you have a good manager. You can learn more from a good manager. But if a manager's ability is not higher and is afraid the other prople will take over his/her position. The stituation of the employee is very bad. The manager can't give you good chances to improve yourself. The employee can't see the future in the department. Do you meet the same situation and how do you deal with that?

Thank you for you sharing. I admire you have a good boss. You do have a good luck. I hope you can learn more from you work and you will find a better one in the future. I want to change the job. But now I'm not young and hasn't a child. It's not easy for me to find a good job now. It's the reason why I'm sad. Sometimes I know I have no idea to change the current situation. But I think I am wasting my time day by day. A lot of people told me the jobs are only so so. But I really hope I can have a good job. Pleae cherish your chance. Have a good day!

Thank you for your comment. I really hope I have a good leader. But in most of time, it's difficult to get the good chance. Maybe I need to improve myself constantly and then I have a chance to find a good job in the future. But now I'm not young, if I haven't enough experience, I'm afraid it's not easy to find a good job in the future. Have a good day!
