Amazing and Special thing is you can get Best available and practical information based on real people. I can quote mylot as example where people are sharing there own experienced methods and best possible and available strategies and way of action. One thing which we are loosing because of internet is , "Physical Activities". I think for healthy life style physical activities are most important part of our lives which we are ignoring now a days. Which is not an good sign.
