A newbie at 20dollars2surf..Can anybody help??

I have registered to 20dollars2surf a few days back and finding it difficult to understand..What are those points for..What can be done with points..there are two games in one of them i won 10 cents now what to do with these 10 cents as there is no payout option...So finding it very difficult to understand...plz help...
