I would do my best "not" to whine or complain again...

Well, it's not like a New Years resolution since it should be wished last year.
I know for a fact I've been a bit of complainer or whiner for quite sometimes, I just didn't tell you though.KNow that my life isn't that hard compare to the others who had worse or even harder. but some how, i couldn't help, I don't even know why i got into the stage of complaining recently.
.
But before i slept i decided to watch tv to knock myself out..until i turn over to discover channel. the series was about the "two week" training and screening for the next qualified special forces training. that's in the US of course
, I got intrigued that i decided to watch the full series. only to find out how dumb I was to kept complaining all this time. Those people who joined in for the training were either from or been spent years in the army.
It's hard to believe that some of them really didn't make it despite of their army training and experience. most specially during their LOG-carrying thing, search through the dark thing and team work thing, Which was brutal to me. but more surprised that the soldiers felt this way while on that training.
I know i shouldn't say it since am a civilian. some it helped me motivate to do my own thing.
I guess it's normal to complain..when you're either having a health issue or being abused..
Have a Nice Day.

hello LK,
It's fine to complain as long as it is valid dear brother.
But complaining always is not healthy anymore.
People who always complain are those ones who are never satisfied of what they have and what they are,but never done anything to achieve what they really want from life.
They never felt any contentment, they wants something that they themselves doesn't know either.
Don't be too much hard to yourself dear bro.
Like i wrote from your previous topic,do things step by step.
Make top priority...and find about urgency and then do other things step by step.
I am sure you will be able to achieve what you want in this life.
Keep up the faith always dear.

that is my wish as well this year... not to whinges or complain so much... instead, be grateful and contented with what God had given to me... i had realised that whinging and complaining won't help to solve your problems... it is much better if you use transfer that energy to whinge to think of a solution to solve the problem... take care and have a nice day...

hi letran I have never seen you much as a complainer in your discussons
but we all at times feel we have times when we are tired or hungry or ill and we bitc.h like crazy as it is part of being human. But I also would feel inspired watching how the Armed forces train. They really have to be super fit not jock fitddd but fit to go off to fight an ememy and hopefully not get mowed down or killed in battle. I find that even at my age I can find sways to be better fit and take better care of my health.

Oh, dear, please do not complain.
It is ok to voice out your disappointments and frustrations but do not overdo it. Do not forget that life is not a walk in the park and everything is not a bed of roses for all of us.
Well, indeed, you must be amaze by how those people in the army had endured what they had in order to pass every challenges they've been through. And of course, it is obviously not a joke!
But, they were able to pulled through and that deserves an admiration.:)
You see, you are so pampered compared to those people so whatever discontentment you have right now, forget it. It will only add wrinkles to your face.

If we do not complain how can anyone help? It is healthy to complain, so as long as we try our best to achieve some form of resolution, and or at least try.
There are certainly many with way greater issues and or health concerns, who also complain, rightly so, they get the help needed, and times they learn to live with the issues. So my point basically is the same for all.
