My niece just sent this to me. This year July has 5 Fridays, 5 Saturdays and 5 Sundays. This happens once every 823 years. This is called money bags. Based on Chinese Feng Shui money will arrive within 4 days. Did you know?

That's really interesting! lol I don't believe a bunch of money of any denomination will arrive however, if it does, I'll be sure to take it to the bank and have it converted over to dollars! lol I certainly could use some extra cash so I could help my parents a little more but I don't believe it'll happen though.

Hi sallyj, I go through the calendar to see weather it's genuine after reading your discussion. Just out of my curiosity and fun as well. Yeah, your niece is really a person of subtle observation I could see all the five Fridays in July shown on the calendar respective on 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd and 29th. Please convey my gratitude to her for sharing such valuable info that would happen once only for every 823 years. I'm so fortunate that I never miss this interesting topic. I have dropped a conspicuous mark in striking color to remind me July would be the month of money bags that would enable me to gain ample money within the 4 days lol...I would like to leave a comment here again if I were to be that lucky then. Happy posting and have a nice day

Now, I never partake in any of those things that you are supposed to forward to your friends or to post in your facebook status because I'm not a superstitious person. That said, I think that this year is a rare year indeed and none of us will ever experience another year like it in our lives. Just yesterday was 1/11/11 and in November we will have 11/11/11. Oh, and Easter this year is on the 24th of April, I think that is about as late in the year as Easter can be.

I find these things enjoyable. Somethings will not repeat themselves in our life time. It makes these years more memorable, doesn't it?

Neat! I did not know about this odd coincidence, I hope this year will be prosperous for all of us in a variety of ways!

I sure hope it is a prosperous year for all too. I guess that is the main reason I repeated it. I really enjoy that extra weeks pay when I was working. It seemed to give hope for getting ahead.

It's interesting! But I don't know that money will arrive within 04 days as you say. However, it's no problem if we believe it. It make us fund.

I hope so too. I always enjoyed those 5 Fridays, so I had an extra check that month.

I believe it was October of last year that had the same thing happen. Or one of the last 3 months of last year. I was counting for another reason and go...wow...5 of those this month! But May and October have 5 weeks in them every year.

I honestly haven't heard of this - I know it's a rareity for things like this to happen though - the 5 Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays in 1 month...Do you know if we have to do anything special to ensure money comes in?

This is a copy. "I'm really not superstitious, but this year July has 5 Fridays, 5 Saturdays and 5 Sundays. This happens once every 823 years. This is called money bags. So Copy this to your status and money will arrive within 4 days. Based on Chinese Feng Shui. The one who does not copy, will be without money. I DON'T REALLY WANNA TAKE THE CHANCE ON IT BEING ME plus I can use all the help I can get!"

Had no idea about this. It's a fun fact, thats for sure! I wonder what would happen if I made a set of origomi animals from 5 dollar bills, and put them around the portable calender on my desk in July.

Good Day! I don't know about that but what would happen? How can we have money? How do we need to do? Is there something we need to do that time??

Hmm very interesting I have never looked at this ever.. I suppose it can mean with the extra Fridays and Saturdays = more days to party. With the extra Sundays = more days to rest. Very interesting indeed, as I always related the extra weeks during the year to mean extra paycheck earnings. So yes I have to agree.
