Any Weight Watchers out there?

I have decided that I am making my health and weight my main aim this year. Now I'm older it is more and more difficult to keep the weight down even though my appetite is smaller. So I have signed up once more with Weight Watchers (I am a Gold Member from years ago!) they have a new plan called ProPoints and I am going to give it a try! Have any of you tried this plan - if you have what is your opinion on it? Or did you prefer older plans from Weight Watchers?

Now that I am finally in, I would mention that I am concerned that they seem to replace flavour with salt content, so if you suffer arterial problems it may be worth looking twice.

I'm a little confused!! What contains salt content? I'm not eating any special foods - I cook from scratch.

I had the wrong end of the stick. Though I know that you cook, I somehow got it into my head that you were talking about Weight Watchers products!

It's really difficult to loose a weight but I believe that if you just know how to discipline yourself with your diet and exercise you can achieve the goal of being sexier than ever. :-)

I think I'm past the time of being sexier but I have now lost 12 lbs and am certainly feeling better for it.
