Was this a sign from god?

i was scrubing my tongue, like i always do before i rinse my mouth and spit out the tooth paste, when i felt a burn(much like a hot pizza burn) on my tongue. when i looked, my tongue was bleeding, and the blood took on the shape of a cross! is it normal for your tongue to bleed? was this a sign from above?

This is not a smart thing to do. You can get oral yeast infection called thrush from brushing your tounge. Your tounge has no skin it is covered in good bacteria and brushing removes this good bateria and lets bad bacteria grow.

Believe in God, if it is a sign u'll know deep in ur heart there will be a feeling of satisfaction. God has his ways of telling his followers that he is always there to protect them
