I hope it helps to better development of brain, but what one thinks is most needed, whether it is any tensed matter or not or whether some enjoyable matter. I feel thinking better would make one to come out with better decisions. Think before you do something. But many times lack of time for thinking does project on the behavior. I hope those best thinkers might be those who take less time for better decisions. Moreover lots of unnecessary thinking could damage one’s health.

Yes, thinking certainly makes our brain more productive and effective. In fact, when we think more, more thoughts will come on.
We need to think good thoughts, positive thoughts, productive thoughts, etc. Because thinking the negative side will also produce more of it's kind.

Our brain is like motors. When it is not in used for so many times it will be rusty and soon will be useless. But, if you use it much, it will collapse.
What I mean is, our brain like other things needs constant usage in order to be productive. That makes the idea that memorization and constant learning is the way to sharpen our mind. The more we use it, the more productive it becomes.
It consist of neurons that soon will die if not in use. Thinking is best way of using it. Of course, thinking is vital thing that mind or our brain can do. So, better unscrew our brains and use em.
Also, it needs rest too. In order to protect from being overuse. Just like machines and other things. Too much is dangerous.
Happy mylotting:)
