After working for two years with a good GPA, I observe that actually in working environment GPA is not important. Having good GPA may be necesarry for fresh graduates to apply their first job, but after several years I believe the social skills, networks, and experiences are the most defining things that lead to success. In reality not many smart people sitting on top, but what they have is network or the ability to communicate and coordinate his job and how they able to accumulate their past experience to do their job. What do you think?

Yeah, my friend also said that gpa is not really that important when you go out into the real world, it's how you present yourself especially in interviews- which scares me since i am not good with words..
