Why does my chest felt tight and often sick?

4 months ago I had experienced chest pain and shortness of no self-conscious until a few minutes. At that time I was there was a problem. but after that sense it never comes again.
3 weeks ago, I had an accident, I fell from the motorcycle,. in the chest is blue bruises but not too sick.
These days my chest is often sick, even this day feels any pain I felt shortness of breath .. indeed I also was no problem. But once the problem is finished I still had chest pain and shortness.
what's wrong with my chest?

chest tightness was from before or after the accident alone?
But any notion that there is,better go to the doctor alone. there are doctors here also of course have no physical examination,so it must have in order to become a doctor as well
