It occurred to one of my relative whose case is pending in family court. He had filed for the custody of his child it has been 2 years after it. But no where the case went with lots of hearings and appearances in courts. Only reason is that he was demanded to give 1.50 lakhs to judge and this was asked through another person. Even now it is pending. Not only in his case, there are also other people. There are also some who may get things done through bribing judges. This is becoming common in our place. No more justice is attained if not capable to buy it.

hello shamrack, This happens not only in your country, but in all parts of the globe. I am not saying that "all" justice are injustice asking bribe ...or for sale. But it does happen. Here in our country,it is known that only rich people are given justice because they have the money to buy justice. It's really sad that...justice doesn't serve the real purpose of it...very frustrating...

Hello Sham, It is really shameful act for all of us and our judiciary. Can't we do anything against this, I don't think so. We all are common people but we have our rights... If I have the power I will order to ‘shoot on spot’ to these greedy people. I believe that they will get the punishment sooner or later.
