Does it cost anything to upgrade Paypal Personal account to Paypal Business a/c? / myLot

I need to load my Alertpay account and that is why i want to transfer some money from Paypal to Alertpay. But being a Personal account holder i can not send money to others. So my question is if i upgrade my account to Premier account will it cost anything or will they charge anything for maintain purpose ??

No, it costs nothing to upgrade but you DO have to accept the different charge scales and rules. This is all readily available on the PayPal site and, because different countries may be eligible for different scales, you MUST look at your OWN PayPal site to know what they are.

Thanks for your reply. I upgraded my account but now i am facing one more problem. When ever i send any money by default its going to PAYPAL email address. There are no option to send any other payment get way! Means if i send money it will go PAYPAL email address only! Is there way can over come this problem ? Thanks in advance :)

Of course. That is the way that PayPal knows and identifies you. If the transaction has been done properly, you should see a credit balance in your PayPal account. If you haven't told PayPal to accept payments through that email address by default, then you may have to do something to accept the payment.

You CANNOT send money directly between PayPal and AlertPay. You MUST use a bank or credit card which is linked to both in some way. Payment - PayPal - Bank/Credit Card - AlertPay (or vice versa).
