Is there any blogging platform which allows me to place an affiliated links?

Hi there guys, I just joined here yesterday! Wonderful site with a lovely community. As the title mentioned, is there any blogging platform which allows me to place an affiliated links without being suspended or banned? I'm interested in blogging and I wanna make my blog a place to spread money making tips to my friends. I was considering wordpress but it's against their policy to post money related links. So, could anyone give me some suggestions please? Thank you :)
