I think they all start that way
and then somewhere along the way they change
I'm sure govts everywhere do have the best of interests
but this is actually what they 'think' is the best for their people and country
and when people resent it, most of them decide to be stubborn

Although I can definitely see where this premise came from, I don't think that the govenment in the United States operates this way at all. I think that if the governments of the country or even of the individual states really did try to fulfill this premise we would find that things would be way too scattered. Granted the government isn't as organized now as it should be, but I think that it would be a lot worse if they really were trying to please all of the people all the time.

I think both France and the U.S. are trying to be that type of government.Great Britain too. But I am not sure if there is any government does it perfectly.

NOT ONE DOES IN MY OPINION, unfortunately! We would all be in such a better place in this world if it was.

This is a expression of the president to define a democracy and I do not think any democratic government systems in the world do exactly that. The government is off course by the people, it is not for the people, for the influential, well off, and educated in many sense. You do not find a perfect government that met all the requirements of this definitions.

I don't think that exists in any goverment of the world! I am from the states and that statement is not always followed! There are some goverments that don't care about their people and only care about themselves! Some people in goverment just let power go to their heads and that ia one reason we have so many corrupt goverments in the world! It is a shame but it is true!

Frankly, I do not see it happening for the benefit of individuals in a society. for large-scale enough to be felt.
