My secret when it comes to politics, religion and debating

I enjoy playing the devils advocate when it comes to debates. Most of the good debates are started by the right wing/conservative side. I really can't say I have found any strong debates on the left side. They seem to give in to easy. Debating with right wing people is so much more fun. Case in point was my discussion on the woman Obeying their husbands in the bible. I only had one woman who had any kind of argument the rest really didn't put up any kind of debate and most actually admitted things would be better if they did. It seems the left lacks the strong enthusiasm that the right side does.

That is a very interesting point you brought up there, but for me, I used to be a moderator in a major christian-debate chat room and there was some major opposition on both sides of the debate. I sometime like to play Devil's Advocate in order to get the tough questions I want answered, doesn't work all the time, but it does help some! :-)
