I have a case that I need to receive a reply. But I don't know what to say to my email when I will follow up her.Please advice what word or sentence I will used to follow up my email.
I usually used " resending for follow up ".
I need something new phrase aside from saying re-sending for follow up.Is there someon who are a good way or sentence to follow up someone. Which cannot be sound like demanding nor harsh.

Here's an example ;
Good day!
In reference to my email yesterday regarding : _______________ , may i please follow -up its status? Please do not misconstrue this follow-up as a demand, but rather as a compliance to a standard operating procedure of our company with regards emails of importance.
Thank you for your preferential attention on this matter and i hope to hear from you at the soonest.

haha =D THere's no need to be too courteous. U are using your own way, your normal tone, if they were to take it the wrong way, there's nothing u can do right? IF it's a follow up u are expecting and they know it, just use the word. U can even include the follow up within the subject of your email, so that u only need to send once.. haha

I usually use the phrase "Second Request" which I do not consider too demanding in view of the fact that the person obviously ignored my first request. Then I can use "Third Request" but as they say here, three strikes and you are out, so if they do not reply to my third request, then I do it some other way.

How about I'd like to hear from you, or please respond, or if it's personal, I'm concerned that I haven't heard from you. Try one of these and see if you get a response. If you don't that person may not wish to talk to you right now, when all else fails use the phone. Do it the old fashion way.
