Get enough sleep, eat healthy foods for the most part, exercise, smile and laugh, go to the doctor if you are ill.

For me 5 top health foods: green leafy vegetables, salmon, wheat breads, tea and fruits. ADdtional information, I read from email that it's better to eat fruit with a stomach empty. Happy lotting.

I think exercise is one. EAting properly is also a benefit. Drink lots of water. Have fun and be kind. This will ensure a long healthy happy life!

1. enough sleep - you can tell the difference in your body (it's appearance and how your body responds) if you have enough or lack of sleep 2. eating healthy foods - don't get me wrong. by healthy, I mean whichever foods. It's all a matter of balancing everything you eat. eat fatty foods today, eat less fatty foods tomorrow. 3. move - walk, jog, run, stretch, make love 4. travel - being new to a place brings out the freshness in you 5. love life - nothing beats the feeling of being happy, positive and contented

Easy five health facts, drink lots of water, eat lots of vegetables and fruits, sleep early and wake up early, walk for 30 min and eat breakfast daily, these are simple health facts, manage these and be healthy.
