Do Realtynetwork.com realy pay?

it says that one time $25 activation fee and says also i have earned above $147 can they realy pay?

Realty Network has been in existence for a number of years. I have joined and paid the activation fee but up to now I have not received any payment from them. In fact I don't even know how they operate. That was years ago and have not log in there ever since.
