Read the guidelines, post discussions that are within the rules, reply to discussions. You get paid for what you post. Also, referrals - if you get active referrals, you get approximately 25% of what they earn. You can also do tasks, and sometimes you get random bonuses for using the search feature.

Thank you for the advice!!! i'm really trying to reply to as much discussions as I can hehehe I've been really racking my brain to reply nicely to these discussions and also posting them ^_^ Referrals is a bit of a problem to me since I don't like to refer anyone i just like to do things on my on so I'll try to earn without the referrals... So again thank you for the advice ^_^
