What do you do to remember back a thing you just suddenly forgot?

Now I know that we all have a somewhat routine daily activity in life. Let me put it this way for example: Number 1- you drink your morning coffee Number 2- you take a bath, do some toothbrushing Number 3- prepare your things for work Now while doing number 1, you know in your mind that you're gonna be doing number 2. As you are about to do it, you suddenly remember that you need to get an important thing in your drawer upstair in your room and you went to get it but before it happen, you were suddenly interrupted by your sister or mother and you had some short discussion. After then, you went up to your room and you paused for a moment. Why? because you suddenly couldn't remember why you went up to your room when you're supposed to take a bath already BUT you feel like there was something missing. You've experienced that right? So what do you do to remember back that "thing" you just suddenly forgot?
