Rudy Giuliani - Would he make a good President?

I really don't know who this guy is, i'm from Romania, maybe more info about him would make my decision in voting him :P

I t hink Gulliani would be a good president. He handled 9/11 exceptionally well. He came to my college and did a wonderful job speaking and then spent two hours just walking around talking to students about them and their majors not about politics. He also bought one of our professor's books. I think he'll be the president that will listen to his people and do what he can to do what we want.
