My sister and I have been trying really hard to perfect baked macaroni since we all love pasta and we would like to be able to prepare baked macaroni in the future occasions. Recently, we were able to perfect it and we prepared it on New year's eve. What's the latest food that you have mastered cooking?

Hi my friend. I have just recently perfected my favorite Battaga. It is an Italian pasta dish which is similar to Filipino Palabok. It is a simple recipe but the only thing that I need to be careful of is the amount of the olive oil that I put in. Not too oily, not too dry. It has no sauce unlike the palabok, only the olive oil with the rest of the ingredients.

Hi there Alicia 812! Thank you very much for your response. Sounds delicious. I love olive oil. Especially with pesto. I'll look Battaga up.

Hi there Zills 66! Thank you very much for your response. Well, there are lots of people who doesn't really like cooking and before, I was one of them. But I learned but it took me a long time and lots of mistakes before I did. Until now, I still have a lot to learn.

Though i also like macaroni a lot, we prepare pasta in a different way without using oven. I like to add masala with chicken and egg to the boiled macaroni. The taste we get is really beautiful as i add more spice to it and over that eating this pasta hot is really fun for me
