I know it's strange question, but how I can I gain weight in a short time?

seriously? why? Well anyway, if you eat almost 6 times a day, with carbohydrates as the main component of your meal, I think in a short span of time you'll gain weight. Plus you have to lead a sedentary life. Sleep for 10 hours a day. Eat a lot of sweets. A lot of chocolates. I think in a short span of time, you'll definitely gain weight.

Firstly i wonder if you could tell me your Height?, this would Help me to Understand your Weight/Height Ratio. I agree it doesn't sound much. You will need to mostly Increase your Carb (Carbohydrate) Part of your Diet. You would be Adding more baked Potatoes, more Fresh fruit & vegetables. You can eat more Chocolate, but you should wish to Add weight as Healthy as possible. It's really Easy, or for many people it can be, if you wish i can give you some basic ideas that will Work. I worked as a Fitness instructor at my local leisre centre and have been Involved in Weight-management & lifestyle solutions for nearly twenty years now, so i can Help you......

I also want to gain weight...According to my family and friend i eat too much but still I didn't gain weight.....I eat chicken and potatoes too much but no change....Will you help me systematic way from which I can gain weight. My age is 22, height is 5 feet and 6 inches and weight is just almost 50 kg.

well.. maybe eat much then you have right know,, but believe me there is not a fastest method for it.. just try to ask someone who success within, or read some tips how to gain weight naturally

Well you could begin by Increasing your Carb (Carbohydrate) intake. That way you will Increase your Calories in your Daily diet and you Will put on Extra weight. There are a Few ways of Going With that Food type to follow, But i would do it as Healthy a way possible. Health is most Important to Everyone and should be to you also. Anyone who adds Large amounts of calories to there Diet quickly aren't being Healthy, unless they are Expeirenced Athletes. I can understand why Many people need to Consume more Calories, that's why i am giving You some Help to Achieve your Goals. You can Eat more Baked potatoes, more Pasta,more Fresh vegetables and fruit. You should do it in a way that includes Healthy meats ( if you like meats), that way your Diet won't be to ladden with Carbs. I can give you a more detailed Plan when you get back to me, just incase you have changed your mind. Diet is complex and that is how the Term yo-yo Dieting was Termed ( one of the reasons anyway). It would Help (only if you wish me to know) me if you could give me an Outline of the Circumstances surrounding your need for Gaining weight.....

Dear Didi You are the very fortunate people in this world. I do admire your desire to gain weight but are you wanting to weigh more because of beauty or because of health reasons? If you really want to weigh more just eat and sleep more. The sumo wrestlers eat big meals and they sleep immediately. For such people weigh can help them to be better wrestlers.
