diabetic - diabetic people, watch your sugar level always
Your blood sugar is synchronized by your body but it cannot do the job without some help from you. The kinds of foods you eat play a big part in the level of your blood sugar. Various foods help to lower the levels. Others enter the bloodstream faster, thus raising sugar levels. The pancreas produces insulin and high-glycolic foods make it have to work harder to produce the insulin your body needs.

Personally from the standpoint of someone who is Diabetic, I think there is a lot of things people can do to prevent the Fears and thoughts of ever being Diabetic. You just need to learn to avoid a lot of Sweets, and foods that are high in sugars like Rice that turn into sugars... especially white rice. Some of the foods that are good for you are foods high in Protein and raw vegetables. Another good thing is watching your weight, getting enough sleep, and getting enough excercise. If you cannot afford to work out and stay in shape you can at least do a lot of walking, situps, etc and just be aware of you. There are also a lot of Self help books and such that can help as well.

Well, many people in the U.S. consume a great deal of sugar and their diets are high in fat ,so we have a great deal of diabetics living in this country. All this could be prevented if people would force themselves to eat more vegetables and grains.
