Life today is full of pressure, busyness and rush as has become routine. What about you? When did you last have a feeling of wanting to scream bloody murder? When do you feel so like crying? Are you having trouble sleeping at night and kept filled with tension? When was the last you smile with spontaneous? If you are experiencing these things, it means you are experiencing symptoms of stress. You need time to relax. Relax helped me recharge your battery life. Relax, pausing from the bustle of the routines and daily tension, a lot of benefits. In a sport known for beating the so-called golf backswing. The key to success this blow is relaxed. When the players are in a relaxed state, the blow could be further than they do with tense. Similarly, with our lives. Relax will help us to rejuvenate the body and clarity in thinking, that our lives become more productive. And certainly more healthy too;

Life could not always be all work no play, and vice versa. I do believe that balance of both is needed to have a normal life. Our body can not function well if it is always placed under stress, so that is why we need to relax. During a busy day at work, it is always nice to close my eyes even for 10 minutes to get my energy back.

make refreshing,,, can walk around the office for a while, or standing alongside a window and see - see page pool or office, or if you have time and are not uncomfortable,, do the breathing with a regular ..... after that you try to work again ... if that's possible with music accompaniment of a small volume

Necessary, because the activity time of 24 hours for 3 = 8 then; 1. 8 hours to relax 2. 8 hours for Worship, and 3. 8 hours for the Employer / work

In any case in this life, The balance that must be enforced. The balance of self, between man and Nature and other creatures-beings.

Of course you need to maintain a balance. If you relax to much it will bring alot more stress than working all the time. You need both, work helps you to relax because it makes you lose energy and without energy your stress is gonne too but if you only relax then your energies will be always at the top and as your stress levels will rise too. So i know for sure that you need to maintain a balane between active time and time to relax. Thanks for reading and posting :)
