need a photo shop software

I need a really good photo shop software to enhance my pictures. ive tried picasa and another one that i bought but it didnt work after a while. please help.

G.I.M.P. is a really good Photoshop type program available for free. I have found it every bit as good as Photoshop and does nearly everything Photoshop does. You can download it here: http://www.gimp.org/

Try GIMP. If you have money try photoshop. :)
