They've become a major part of my diet since my diabetes really flared up. Even so I'm eating a LOT of them. Besides the peanut butter & crackers & have at EVERY snack I'll also eat a whole pack of crackers with every bowl of soup or chili. That's a LOT of crackers...
Are there any foods you eat a surprising amount of?

Isn't it bad for you to eat all those carbs?!
I eat foods in spurts. Right now I'm nuts for oranges! Next week or next month I might have an insatiable craving for oatmeal or beef or even salad. Lately I've also been craving chili and meatball stew so I'll probably whip up a batch of each tomorrow when I have time to cook. The body is sometimes pretty strange but it's best to listen to it--it knows what it needs!

Uath, make your own chili! I'm cooking up a pot later in the week.
For some reason I always see your name as Utah. Funny how our eyes and brains work!

Oh I eat a lot of dairies these days, lol! Don't follow me 'cause I know this is not good for you! But you can try breads that are made of wheat, they taste good and are healthy for you. I love breads so much! It's been my midnight snack for a long time even when if it has no fillings just tha plain bread, lol!
See you around and take care of you health!
