What is the concept of server time in PTC sites?

I have seen in many PTC sites that there is a concept of server time. What exactly is that concept?
Do we have to click at server time to get the earnings from our referrals?
How can we know that what is the server time?
Till now I was thinking that server time means when the ads will be refreshed, but definitely it means something more. Can anyone suggest what does server time means, and what are its pros and cons?

pros , they you can earn good money if you are really good , but if you don't you are going to lose, some programs are really good , but others "just are scam" the way they are working they are showing you the publicity from others "sites" or marketing to see it .
