Good Intentions made for the new year ... How many of them are still standing ?

As most of us know the road to hell is paved with Good intentions ... Of which most are probably made on newyear's eve. For myself THE number one "Good intention" was to stop smoking as usual. Truthfully i have to admit I havent been able to keep my promise. I did however manage to cut down the number of smokes to around 4 per day. The biggest reason for trying to quit has been my girlffiend getting pregnant. Does it all come down to having the right motivation, or do you just hope that each time you try you'll succeed ? What were your Good intentions for 2011 and how many of them are still standing 3 weeks into the new year ? Share your thoughts or experiences please ...
