MyFreeShares- Review or Guide?

Hi All, I recently came across this site since it is from the same group that runs Donkey mails and No-minimum. Is there anyone out there who is a member of MyFreeShares? I don't understand how to make money on that site? What is the system they use to calculate earnings? Can anyone help me or guide me for this site?
